Terms of Service
Last updated: June 7, 2026
1. Who We Are
Sheetfront is a software product operated by June Domingo, trading under the Sheetfront brand. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Sheetfront, including the website, dashboard, APIs, forms, Mini Pages, and related services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, connecting a Google Sheet, using a Sheetfront endpoint, publishing a form or Mini Page, or starting a paid trial or subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Sheetfront.
3. The Service
Sheetfront helps you turn Google Sheets into REST APIs, public forms, and simple Sheet-backed pages. You keep ownership of the content and data in your Google account. Sheetfront only receives the access needed to provide the features you enable.
4. Accounts and Google Access
You are responsible for your Google account, Sheetfront account, API keys, and any activity that happens through them. You must have the right to connect any Google Sheet you use with Sheetfront and to publish any data you expose through forms, APIs, or Mini Pages.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Sheetfront for illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or spammy activity. You may not attempt to bypass limits, interfere with the service, reverse engineer private systems, overload infrastructure, or use Sheetfront to distribute malware, phishing pages, unlawful content, or data you do not have the right to process.
6. Sensitive Data
Sheetfront is not designed for regulated medical, financial, government, or other highly sensitive records. Do not use Sheetfront to collect or expose data that requires special legal or compliance controls unless you have confirmed that your use is appropriate.
7. Plans, Trials, and Billing
Sheetfront offers a Free Sandbox and paid Starter and Pro plans. Paid plans may include a 14-day trial that requires a payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues as a paid plan at the price shown at checkout.
Payments, invoices, taxes, and billing support are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record and payment provider. Paddle may appear on payment pages, receipts, invoices, and bank or card statements.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
You can manage or cancel an active paid subscription from the billing portal linked inside your Sheetfront account. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, except where applicable law gives you additional rights.
9. Limits and Changes
Plan limits, fair-use limits, and features are shown on the pricing page and in the dashboard. We may update features, limits, prices, or these Terms as the product evolves. If a material change affects an active paid subscription, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.
10. Service Availability
Sheetfront is provided on a best-effort basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every Google Sheets configuration or third-party service.
11. Termination
You may stop using Sheetfront at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or abuse risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way that may harm Sheetfront, other users, or third parties.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Sheetfront is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sheetfront will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
